A Quick Story

Embracing the journey is more than a slogan to me; it’s a lifestyle that I try to lead everyday. I spent most of my life boxed in to a narrow way of thinking and living. Changes were imminent.

Working a suit & tie 9-5 and aimlessly partying every weekend wasn’t it for me anymore. I lived that life for 6+ years. Don’t get me wrong, I had a ton of fun and unreal experiences along the way. I’ll always cherish the highs. The lows really sucked but I wouldn’t be where I’m at today without them. I still like to party like it’s Weekend at Bernie’s from time to time.

In the fall of 2020 I decided to move across the country in search of something new. I can confidently say it was the best decision I’ve ever made, although the transition during the first bit was difficult to manage. I’ve kept the people around who matter most in my life and I’m appreciative of that. If you wanna find out who your real homies are, move across the country!

Along the way, I’ve learned that life is too short to always be worrying about things you can’t control; what other people are doing with their lives, moments in time that you can’t get back, things you would’ve done differently. The only right way is forward.
